Crater Healy (Healy) is the moon back the northern half of a large ancient impact craters , formed at about 39.2-38.5 million years ago nectarian [1] , its name taken from the twentieth century, American rocket scientist Roy · Roy Healy (1915-1968), officially accepted by the International Astronomical Union in 1970 .

Description [ edit ]
The crater northwest near 彼得罗帕夫洛Minkowski crater , northeast near Winrock Crater , a huge Lorentz Crater located in its east, and the southwest lie the Leucippus crater [2] . The crater center has a lunar surface coordinate of 32.50°N 111.00°W , a diameter of 37.98 km [3] and a depth of about 2.16 km [1] .
A large, unnamed ancient remnant is located in the northeastern part of Helicopter Crater. The erosion of the pit wall is lighter, but the northeastern side of the wall traverses a larger small crater and occupies the northeastern bottom. In the south, a diagonal impact formed a narrow pit on the adjacent moon's surface, which intruded through its south wall to the bottom of the pit. Xi Li crater pit wall is 1010 meters higher than the surrounding terrain [1] , the internal volume of about 1060 cubic kilometers [1] . The inner wall of the pit and the surface are relatively flat and free from surprises, and there are no more striking craters.
Satellite craters [ edit ]
By convention, the satellite pit closest to Healy Crater will be marked with a letter next to its center point on the map.
